we took 3 rooms for 7 people . ie one was triple room . The check-in was smooth . The rooms are well maintained but small. the free continental breakfast provided is the same from monday to friday with some additions on saturday and sunday . The property is near to Ilford metro and bus station . There are lot of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner . Overall nice 7 days at BW Greater London @ Ilford

Staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room suited our needs. Having parking near by was wonderfully convenient.

Located in Ilford in eastern greater London, it is very close to the Elizabeth Line Underground stop and it takes you to Liverpool street, where is is easy to connect. Shops and some restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was ok and the room was clean and functional. Good value given the price and provided you are willing to take public transport if your business/holiday/stay is not focused around Ilford.

I like the ease of booking, checking in and getting to the hotel by tube. The hotel was value for money. 24 hour reception and an amazing breakfast. Very clean throughout, especially impressed with linen and towels - well laundered. Friendly, helpful receptionist and manager - who we met at the other Best Western Hotel we went to first by mistake.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located near the metro station. Near the hotel there are many bars and restaurants serving tasty meals.

Arrived around 10pm, was greeted By staff at Reception very well. Mani was exceptional. Great customer service by Mani , even on our checkout. Showed us to our room. Assisted us with closest restaurant that was open at that time. They even stored our luggage during the day.

A nice, warm welcome from reception staff. Staff were personable and addressed all my needs to ensure comfort for the time of my stay. My bags were extremely heavy and the manager assisted with them in entering and exiting the hotel. There's a good choice of breakfast throughout the week and at weekends the cooked breakfast menu is fabulous and includes a wide choice to suit all diets. Good, quick, easy walking access to the shopping mall, banks, restaurants, etc and a good choice of train, rail and buses for more distant travel.

Location - quite close the O2, easy 20 min walk or 10 min bus journey. Made coming back after a gig so much easier. Check in instructions were as confirmed in what you would expect from reading previous reviews. Bed was comfy. Good value for what we paid we will be coming back 😊

The location is 4min near the railway station, 16 min from Liverpool Street London station, so very convenient to easily reach different locations. Another advantage is that Ilford is Close to the AirPort aswell. The staff is very friendly and helpful, oriented to details and make the journey pleasant. The overall rate is higher than regular assessment due to excellant report quality - price.
